Swim school Lesson cancellation

Direct debit payments are processed on the twenty eighth (28) of the month. All cancellations must be lodged by 5pm on twenty sixth (26) day of the month.

If your cancellation is lodged after this date the direct debit payment will be processed and you will be charged for the next month.

As per the terms and condition all fees that have already been paid are non refundable.

No cancellations can be completed until all outstanding monies have been cleared.

Cancellations will be processed as per the 'Last Lesson Date' requested and are irreversible once actioned.

Cancellations are not final until all you have been emailed a confirmation by one of our admin staff.
